I am a human, a Jewess, a parent, a lawyer, an activist, a thinker, a Zionist, and a grumpy introvert.
The world can be better than it is, and I believe we all must make that happen, or die trying. I'm here to identify, understand, and upend injustice, in community with like minded humans. Please read on if that sounds right to you.
Lauren אהביה Deutsch lives in Rochester, NY with her partner and 3 wild children. She works to inspire, inform, and organize people from all walks of life to contribute to a just and equitable future.
She is the Executive Director of a Disability Justice legal services nonprofit. Lauren has worked in reproductive justice, immigrant labor rights organization, as well as in civil legal services as a domestic violence attorney. Lauren is a student in the Ohr Torah Stone International Halakhic Scholars Program, and is an all-purpose nerd, and a passionate human.
